Plain MakhanaPlain makhanas are a small, round, white
seeds from the lotus plant. These are used in Indian cooking and are a
favourite snack in that country. To make simple makhana, the seeds are first
picked, dried, and then pan-roasted till crisp and browned. For extra flavour, our
offerings are usually spiced with ingredients like chilli powder, cumin, or
turmeric. Plain makhanas are a popular weight-management food since they are
low in calories and high in fibre, making them a nutritious snack. Aside from
being a good source of protein and carbohydrates, they also contain other
